2. User Accounts

2.1. You must create an account to participate in auctions on MacBids.

2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.3. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

2.4. One individual may not maintain more than one account.

3. Bidding Rules

3.1. MacBids operates on a lowest-unique-bid auction system. The winning bid is the lowest bid amount that no other participant has bid.

3.2. All bids require Bidz credits, which must be purchased through our platform.

3.3. Once a bid is placed, it cannot be retracted or modified.

3.4. MacBids reserves the right to cancel any auction at any time for any reason.

4. Payments and Credits

4.1. All purchases of Bidz credits are final and non-refundable.

4.2. Prices for Bidz credits are subject to change without notice.

4.3. Winners are required to pay their bid amount for the item won.

4.4. Payment methods accepted include credit cards, debit cards, and other electronic payment systems as specified on the platform.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1. MacBids will ship items to winners within a reasonable timeframe after payment is received.

5.2. Shipping costs are not included in the bid amount and will be charged separately.

5.3. MacBids is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All content, features, and functionality of the MacBids platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of MacBids.

6.2. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. MacBids shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.

7.2. In no event shall MacBids' total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MacBids is registered, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
